At WAC Immigrations, we value your trust and are committed to providing transparent and reliable immigration services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. No Refund After Service Initiation

Immigration services require significant time, documentation handling, legal assessment, and professional expertise.
Therefore, once we begin working on your case, no refund will be issued, regardless of the final outcome.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Initial profile assessment

  • Consultation sessions

  • Document review and preparation

  • Application submissions

  • Liaison with immigration authorities

  • Legal or advisory guidance

Once a file is opened and processed, the fees become non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Consultation fees

  • Documentation fees

  • Government fees (embassy charges, visa fees, biometrics, medical tests)

  • Translation and notarization fees

  • Third-party service charges

  • Any additional processing or administrative charges

WAC Immigrations cannot refund any amount paid to government or third-party institutions.

3. Client Responsibility

No refund will be provided if:

  • The client provides false, incomplete, or misleading information

  • The client fails to provide required documents on time

  • The immigration authority refuses the application due to changes in law or policy

  • The client decides to withdraw or cancel the application voluntarily

  • The client does not respond to communication or fails to follow instructions

Immigration success depends on government decisions, and we cannot guarantee approvals.

4. Refund in Exceptional Cases (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made twice by mistake

  • A technical error caused overcharging

  • The service has not been started at all

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after verification.

5. No Guarantee Clause

WAC Immigrations does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval

  • Processing time

  • Immigration authority decisions

  • Policy stability or rule changes

Our responsibility is to provide professional support, but the final decision always lies with the government.

6. Payment Disputes

If any payment dispute arises:

  • Clients must contact us first to resolve the issue

  • Chargebacks without discussion will be considered a breach of agreement

  • Legal action may be taken if fraudulent disputes are filed

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Service not rendered due to WAC Immigrations errors

  • Duplicate payments made by the client

  • Cancelled applications before processing begins

Please note: Fees paid for government applications, third-party services, or visa filing are non-refundable.


Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request via email or contact form.

  2. Provide details of your payment and service.

  3. Our team will review the request within 7–10 business days.

  4. Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after service initiation

  • Visa refusal or rejection by immigration authorities

  • Services already processed or submitted to government bodies
